Mental Health Programme at SMK Tunku Sofiah

On 30 November 2025, Putra Medical Centre (PMC) had the privilege of conducting a meaningful mental health programme titled “Ceramah Minda Sihat, Diri Hebat” at SMK Tunku Sofiah. The session was led by PMC’s counsellor, Miss Eshalni Nair Raveendran Nair.

A total of 265 Form 1–4 students participated in the programme, engaging actively in self-awareness activities, self-esteem building exercises, mental health check-ins and outdoor experiential learning that helped them connect psychological concepts to real-life emotional understanding. Their enthusiasm, openness, and willingness to learn made the programme both impactful and inspiring.

PMC extends its sincere appreciation to SMK Tunku Sofiah for the warm welcome and collaboration. Together, we remain committed to nurturing emotional resilience and supporting the mental wellbeing of our younger generation because healthier minds build a healthier future.
