Recently, the PMC team had the opportunity to conduct a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Health Programme at Alor Setar Air Force College. This visit provided a meaningful opportunity for us to engage with the college community, who remain dedicated and committed in undergoing military training in service of national security.
Throughout the programme, various health screening activities were carried out, including blood pressure checks, blood glucose testing, and Body Mass Index (BMI) assessments.
Participants were given the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of their health status, while also receiving brief health education and guidance from the PMC team on the importance of regular health monitoring and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Although the programme was simple in nature, each health screening carried significant value, as good health forms the foundation of physical fitness, resilience, and daily performance, particularly for individuals serving in the military field.
