Under her capable leadership, there are approximately 500 employees, including one safety and health officer and two laser safety officers, all working diligently to uphold these standards. Her dual roles as Safety and Health Officer and Laser Safety Officer highlight her dedication to ensuring PMCK’s adherence to health and safety regulations, thereby safeguarding both patients and staff.

In her day-to-day responsibilities, Ms. Esther meticulously monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance the operational performance of the hospital. By regularly reviewing these metrics, she can pinpoint areas for improvement and swiftly implement corrective measures when necessary. This proactive approach ensures operational efficiency and minimizes disruptions, allowing PMCK to continuously elevate its services. Over the past five years, PMCK has welcomed a total of 520,206 outpatient visits and 38,648 inpatient visits, underscoring the hospital’s crucial role in the community.

She started working at PMCK eight years ago in 2017 as a PR Executive and Safety and Health Officer. She then took on additional responsibilities as Maintenance in Charge and Safety and Health Officer in 2018, followed by Facility Manager and Safety and Health Officer later that same year. In 2020, she became the Operational Division Manager and Safety and Health Officer. By 2022, she was promoted to General Manager and Safety and Health Officer, and in 2024, she added the role of Laser Safety Officer to her impressive list of titles. Her journey through these roles reflects her dedication, growth, and unwavering commitment to PMCK.
